Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

1. "six6x", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating at six6x.bio and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised interfaces, operated under international gaming licensing authority oversight.
2. "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the six6x platform for any purpose.
3. "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player with six6x to access platform services.
4. "Services" means the full suite of online casino games (including live dealer tables, slot games, fishing games and virtual sports), sports betting markets, account management tools, and payment facilities available on the six6x platform.
5. "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their six6x account that are eligible for wagering and withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.
6. "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance.
7. "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required under six6x's international licensing obligations.
8. "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which six6x account balances, bets and payouts are denominated unless otherwise stated.
9. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before it can be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
10. "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary mechanism by which a Player suspends their own access to the six6x platform for a specified or indefinite period.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on six6x, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are accessing six6x as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law;
4. You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order issued by any recognised gaming authority or self-imposed through the six6x responsible gaming tools;
5. You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where you are personally subject to such prohibition;
6. You have not previously had an Account on six6x terminated for breach of these Terms or any predecessor terms; and
7. You are not a current employee, director, contractor, consultant or immediate family member of a six6x employee, in relation to your use of real-money Services.

six6x reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including age verification documents, proof of address and proof of payment method — at any stage, including at the time of withdrawal requests. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of six6x's compliance team may be suspended pending verification, or terminated where verification fails.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use real-money Services on six6x, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. Registration of an Account constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on six6x. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by shared name, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number, device, IP address, payment method or any other identifying factor — are strictly prohibited. Multi-accounting is classified as prohibited conduct under Clause 7 and will result in permanent Account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number, which six6x strongly recommends;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify six6x immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

six6x will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any messaging service. Any communication purporting to be from six6x and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

six6x is required by its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and at such other times as our compliance team deems necessary. You must provide valid Pakistani CNIC, Passport or other government-issued identity document, proof of address, and confirmation of payment methods used on your Account. six6x reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

All real-money transactions on six6x — including deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency option is expressly offered and selected at the time of transaction. PKR is the default and primary currency of the six6x platform.

4.2 Approved Deposit Methods

six6x accepts deposits via the following approved methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and approved retail cash (OTC) agents. six6x reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Deposits made through non-approved channels will not be credited to your Account.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may differ by payment method. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. VIP Players may have higher transaction limits as detailed in the applicable VIP programme terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

six6x aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5 to 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks in accordance with our AML obligations. six6x reserves the right to withhold payment of any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, terms violation or incomplete KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name and previously used to deposit on your Account.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

six6x is required by its international gaming licence to implement anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited on the platform, to delay or refuse withdrawals pending such evidence, and to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. You warrant that all funds deposited on six6x originate from lawful sources.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

six6x offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the applicable multiple of the bonus amount on qualifying games before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to each specific promotion are stated clearly in the offer terms. The following general rules apply to all six6x bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered before Real Money Balance is used;
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — typically slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate;
• Bets placed at less than the minimum bet threshold specified in the promotion terms may not count toward wagering progress;
• six6x reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, as defined under Clause 7.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — claiming the same bonus multiple times across multiple accounts, exploiting low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived funds.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on six6x — including live dealer tables, slot games, fishing games and RNG table games — operate on certified random number generation technology that is independently audited on a quarterly basis. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by bet size, bet history, Player profile or any operator-controlled variable. six6x does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on six6x — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — are offered at odds determined by six6x at its sole discretion. six6x reserves the right to void, suspend or amend any market prior to the settlement of bets in circumstances including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, corrupt match reports, or where settlement data is unavailable or disputed.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure affecting any game or betting market, six6x reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to Players' Real Money Balances. six6x shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated profits arising from a technical malfunction. Decisions made by six6x regarding malfunction resolution are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6x platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
2. Using false identity information or misrepresenting your age;
3. Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud, chargeback fraud or impersonation;
4. Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament;
5. Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform;
6. Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing anomalies — any such exploitation must be reported to six6x support immediately;
7. Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Clause 5.3;
8. Facilitating, assisting, or encouraging any of the above prohibited conduct by other Players;
9. Using the six6x platform for any money laundering purpose or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or six6x staff through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

six6x is required by its international gaming licence to provide responsible gaming tools and actively promote their use. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in PKR;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and enforced session time limits;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of Account access for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary permanent or time-limited exclusion from all six6x Services;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time and money spent during an active session.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

A Player who activates Self-Exclusion will be immediately prevented from logging into their Account, making deposits or placing any wager. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of Self-Exclusion will be made available for withdrawal. six6x will implement commercially reasonable measures to enforce Self-Exclusion, including suppression of marketing communications to the excluded Account. Intellectual Property

All content on the six6x platform — including but not limited to the six6x brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, source code, graphics, text, data, databases, audio and video materials — is the intellectual property of six6x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6x platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any six6x content without express written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on six6x content or software;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any six6x software;
• Use the six6x brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of six6x intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The six6x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. six6x makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content. six6x does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6x excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the six6x platform — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption. This exclusion applies whether or not six6x has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Without prejudice to the general limitation above, in any circumstances where six6x is found liable to you in respect of your use of the six6x platform, the maximum aggregate liability of six6x shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by you into your Account and not yet returned through wagers or withdrawals at the time the relevant claim arose.

Termination of Accounts

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting six6x via the 24/7 live chat support channel. Before closure, any outstanding withdrawals should be requested and any active bets resolved. Accounts closed at your request will have remaining Real Money Balance returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by six6x

six6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; inability to verify eligibility; suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct; regulatory directive; or cessation of Services in a particular jurisdiction. Where termination is due to breach, six6x reserves the right to retain any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6x holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the six6x platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution processes are agreed in writing.

12.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the six6x platform or your Account, you must first contact six6x's 24/7 customer support team via live chat. six6x will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the six6x internal complaints procedure, you may refer your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution authority designated by six6x's licensing body.

Amendments to These Terms

six6x reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the six6x platform, a minimum of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the six6x platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
